Lee, I just came here from The Happy Writer to read this, as it was linked to a comment you left there and I have to say...<br /><br />You ARE a writer. You are a damn good writer if the tears running down my face (in STARBUCKS no less!) are any indication. Why? Because you provided me, the reader, with exactly what a reader reads for. The emotional connection with what they are reading. The characters, the plot, all of that is less important than the feelings a writer wrings from their reader. You, my friend accomplished it in spades. <br /><br />Thanks so much for sharing this with us and it hugs on the loss of your aunt.
